New COVID-19 Protocols

Dear Patients,

We are pleased to announce that are doors are fully open to patients again. We hope you and your family are in good health during these times. The COVID-19 pandemic has been a very difficult time for all of us and we have made several changes for your safety and our team. While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to your safety and well-being.  Infection control has always been a top priority in our practice and you may have seen this during your visits to our office. For your peace of mind, the measures we will be taking to provide a safe dental treatment experience include:

Prior to your arrival at the office will conduct a pre-screening via text or phone of your recent health and or exposure. You’ll be asked those same questions again when you are in the office.

Upon your arrival at the office, you will be asked to notify us upon arrival via text or phone and to wait in your car until we notify you we are ready for you to come in. (There will be no waiting in the waiting room at this time)

When you enter all individuals will be screened. Temperatures will be taken, you will be asked to use hand sanitizer and will be required to wear a mask. We do ask ONLY patients with an appointment will be allowed entry to the office. Parents and other family members will be asked to wait outside whenever possible.

As we always have done all treatment rooms will be completely sterilized before each patient is seated.  Public areas, including restrooms, will be cleaned and sterilized frequently throughout the day.  All treatment rooms have been equipped with high-volume air filtration and purification units. (These units are capable of removing particles smaller than COVID-19 viruses)  Our team will strictly follow guidelines set forth by the CDC, OSHA, and ADA in regards to personal protective equipment (PPE). We do look a little different then previous visits you may have had.

When checking out after your appointment, clear barriers will be in place at the front desk and replaced after every transaction. We look forward to seeing you and are happy to answer any questions you may have about any of these steps we are taking to keep everyone safe.

Thank you for being our patient. We value your trust and loyalty and look forward to seeing you soon!

Sincerely,

Ward Johnson and Team
